MIDLIFE CAREER PROGRAM
Transforming midlife challenges into midlife purpose.
Our Midlife Career Program is designed for professionals in their 40s, 50s, and 60s who are at a turning point in their careers, seeking meaningful change. At this stage, you have gained valuable insights and wisdom. You have achieved success and fulfilled your core needs. Yet, what once brought satisfaction may no longer feel fulfilling. While this transition can be overwhelming, it’s also an opportunity to reconnect with purpose and explore new possibilities.
Our program is built to help you answer the critical question: "What's next?" Through expert guidance in executive coaching, entrepreneurship, embodiment, and mindfulness practices, you’ll deepen your self-awareness, strengthen connections with yourself and others, and build the ability to lead with empathy. With personal coaching, nature-based practices, peer exchanges, and creative exploration, we provide the tools you need to navigate this shift with confidence and clarity.
