Exploring the intersections of thinking, moving and connecting.
In an ever-evolving world, staying responsive and refreshing our awareness regularly is essential. Our Connection Labs offer the perfect space to do that—helping you break free from routine in order to explore new perspectives and feel, see and sense anew. Using an active and embodied approach combined with reflection and dialogue, you will link thinking with movement, gain fresh insights and discover meaningful connections both within yourself and with others.
In each lab, we’ll dive into specific topics in different ways. You can expect to stretch, breathe, move around the space, discuss, reflect and listen. No prior experience is necessary. Labs take place at different locations with varying group sizes. While not physically demanding, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement and bringing a notebook to capture your thoughts and reflections. Join us in exploring new territory together!

Relaxation in Motion
Often we think of relaxation as something that goes together with stillness. In this lab you'll discover how to cultivate deep relaxation in motion. We'll explore techniques to release tension, increase body awareness and move with ease and fluidity. By connecting breathing exercises, movement practices, and martial arts principles you'll gain calm, presence and effortless flow, also with others. Perfect for anyone looking for new ways to integrate relaxation into daily life, creative expression, or work.
Embodied Connections: Nature, Empathy, and Community
How can we cultivate new connections—with ourselves, others, and the natural world? Set in the vibrant Blomstergarden landscape, surrounded by plants, trees, and open skies, this lab invites you to engage with others and the natural environment as sources of inspiration. Through movement, dialogue and shared reflection, you’ll gain new perspectives and concrete ideas to strengthen connections and take positive action in your life and work.

Testimonials:
"The Connection Lab session offered a multidimensional approach to challenges we often try to solve solely with our minds—especially in professional contexts. It expanded my repertoire of actions and decisions in a very valuable way, offering fresh and effective options for leadership and workplace situations.“Katja Armbrucker - Senior Executive Consultant & Communication Expert
“The lab experience made me smile, inside and out. The kind of smile that comes from tuning into my body before my thoughts and paying attention to physical responses instead of brushing them off—feeling more present and in sync. I discovered new ways to breathe, perceive, and, most importantly, to stay connected to myself.”Joanna Szlauderbach - Consultant
“The blend of movement, reflection, and the sounds of the viola da gamba was deeply moving and lasting. A new aesthetic experience, connected with human encounters and reflections on urgency. The experience has stayed with me since—a moment that transcends the familiar and inspires fresh perspectives on my everyday actions.” Dr. Silke Förschler - Vertretungsprofessorin Kunstgeschichte
