New Movement Team Transformation

Many of us experience stress, isolation, and exhaustion at work due to repetitive habits and postures, despite our bodies being designed for movement, play and collaboration. That’s why we created the New Movement Movement: a dynamic approach to improve daily well-being, strengthen team connection, and drive transformational action on a larger scale. By combining embodied awareness, intentional movement, and relational practices, the New Movement Movement enhances your thinking, perception, and decision-making. Through purposeful embodiment and cognitive practices, you’ll break routines, re-energize, and unlock new perspectives, both individually and collectively.
The New Movement Movement consists of two components that can be experienced together or booked separately: Team Transformation and Weekly Practice.

Often, team challenges stem from unhealthy work habits like overload, constant device use, and poor communication, leading to isolation, exhaustion, and disconnection. Thriving teams, however, excel at staying connected, balancing stability with adaptability, and fostering ongoing communication and innovation. Our Team Transformation program offers team leaders precisely this: a selection of unique learning modalities and best practices based on embodied, relational, and natural principles to enhance deeper connection, communication and growth within their teams.
The program is designed for team leaders who are ready to guide their teams beyond familiar habits towards new insight, deeper connection and innovative collaboration within their unique team environment and beyond. They will explore how to create healthier communication habits, how to approach familiar topics in new ways, and how to integrate embodied practices into professional contexts.

Phase 1: Foundations for Embodied Well-being

  • 1-Day Kick-off Workshop: Introduction to embodied self-leadership and reflective practices
  • Optional: 3-month online Weekly Practice sessions to maintain embodied awareness and resilience at work

Phase 2: Unlocking Group Intelligence & Social Awareness

  • 1-Day Workshop: Explore embodied and relational awareness principles to cultivate social awareness and positive team dynamics
  • Optional: Attend ongoing online Weekly Practice sessions

Phase 3: Integrating Insights in your unique context

  • 1-Day Workshop: Apply insights from the program to creatively address your team’s current challenges while developing a long-term roadmap for sustainable team development
  • Optional: Completion of 3-month online Weekly Practice Sessions

Online Sessions

New Movement Weekly Practice sessions are hosted online via Zoom. We recommend finding a calm place with an arm’s length of space around you where you can move freely, either alone or with colleagues.

Her innovative methods and approaches enable individuals and teams to achieve meaningful growth and transformation.
Erik WinterConsultant & Embodiment Expert As a facilitator, consultant, and naturopath in psychology, Erik focuses on leading with clarity and strong physical presence while maintaining healthy boundaries. His unique approach integrates embodied awareness to help executives and teams lead effectively, connect deeply, and drive meaningful change.
