New Movement Weekly Practice

Many of us experience stress, isolation, and exhaustion at work due to repetitive habits and postures, despite our bodies being designed for movement, play and collaboration. That’s why we created the New Movement Movement: a dynamic approach to improve daily well-being, strengthen team connection, and drive transformational action on a larger scale. By combining embodied awareness, intentional movement, and relational practices, the New Movement Movement enhances your thinking, perception, and decision-making. Through purposeful embodiment and cognitive practices, you’ll break routines, re-energize, and unlock new perspectives, both individually and collectively.
The New Movement Movement consists of two components that can be experienced together or booked separately: Weekly Practice and Team Transformation.

Looking for an active break to recharge during busy workdays? Our Weekly Practice program offers 30-minute virtual live sessions designed to boost well-being, resilience, and connection. Each session provides a break from sedentary work, helping you to reconnect with your body, mind, and physical environment. Led by experienced facilitators, the sessions blend movement, mindfulness, and embodied learning techniques, enhancing relaxation, energy, and clarity in decision-making. The ongoing practice supports individual health as well as cultivates a resilient, and productive organizational culture over the long term. The New Movement Movement Weekly Practice is ideal for professionals who spend long hours in front of screens, welcoming individuals and teams looking to incorporate more movement, vitality, and physical presence into their work and daily lives.

Program Elements

Starter Workshop

  • 2-hour introductory workshop: background, benefits and possibilities of integrating more movement and embodiment practice into working hours
  • Core principles of regular embodiment practices and first exploration of personal bodily awareness, physical movement, and human connection

Weekly Practice - Online Sessions

  • Weekly 30-minute online sessions
  • Topics include: self-awareness practices, breathwork and self-regulation, using movement as a cognitive tool, and expanding awareness beyond screens
  • Main focus is on experiencing effects of movement, mindfulness and breathing techniques

Location:

Starter Workshop

This workshop takes place live on- or off-site, and can also happen online, if necessary.

Weekly Practice - Online Sessions

Weekly Practice sessions are hosted online via Zoom. We recommend finding a calm place with an arm’s length of space around you where you can move freely, either alone or with colleagues.These live, interactive sessions focus on guided movement and breathwork, with no talking or sharing required from participants.

Erik WinterConsultant & Embodiment Expert As a facilitator, consultant, and naturopath in psychology, Erik focuses on leading with clarity and strong physical presence while maintaining healthy boundaries. His unique approach integrates embodied awareness to help executives and teams lead effectively, connect deeply, and drive meaningful change.
